Overview : Pinnacle Telecom Group, LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated project manager to join a dynamic creative team. Solve business problems with impactful creative. Provide efforts in the middle of the account and creative teams making sure projects move forward positively. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, plan and manage all steps in the project lifecycle. You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure to churn out quality creative to help support departments across the enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate conversations with Clients and Account Managers : cross-functional teams to understand the "why" behind decisionsProvide guidance to the team and various clients.Build a timeline, keep things on track and manage expectations along the way.Manage and track the planning, design, approval and production processes for projectsStay on schedule, coordinate things to make the team's life easier and more organized.Setting up kickoffs, running point on tools the team uses and handling all legal agreements and contracts.Figure out what specific is needed for a project including logistics.In charge of asset management of your project(s).Education and Experience :
Undergraduate degree and 2-5 years experienceExperience managing projects from start to finishWritten and verbal communication is imperativeExperience working in an agency and using Hive is a plusExperience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus
