Job responsibilities will include:
· Selling and servicing the needs of customers
· Work closely with service technicians to source the correct parts needed to complete service jobs on time and on budget.
· Maintain inventory of stock parts by receiving invoices and doing weekly cycle counts.
· Answer phone calls to solve problems for customers.
Requirements:Qualifications:
· High School Degree or equivalent
· Prior experience with CDK/ADP (Preferred)
· Prior experience with parts sales, preferably in the automotive/trailer industry (Preferred)
· Team-player
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Basic computer skills
· Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
· Detail oriented – notices the details that are critical to getting the job done right
· Clean driving record is a plus
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted, due to weight of brake drums and trailer tarps.
