As a House Manager, you are responsible for ensuring a positive and supportive living environment for the Transitional Living Program’s Recovery Houses; working with facility leadership to ensure that housing meets Pinnacle, state, federal and NARR requirements; and working with patients to ensure they are receiving the support and benefits of the program.

Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Four (4) years’ experience working in substance use or mental health field OR understanding of addiction treatment; including medication-assisted treatment.
· One (1) year of proven experience supervising and leading a team.
· CPR/MANDT certification preferred
· Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes. Localized travel up to 25% will be required.
Preferred
· Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university
· Three (3) years of proven experience supervising and leading a team.
· Comprehensive understanding of addiction treatment, including medication assisted treatment.
· Familiarity with NARR housing regulations
Responsibilities:
· Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of new teammates.
· Provide support, guidance, and direction in daily operations and training to teammates, including making schedules, setting performance standards, and monitoring performance.
· Complete 90-day and annual performance reviews timely with goals for continual improvement.
· Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and a cohesive work environment for all
· teammates.
· Be present and engaged in meetings and required training opportunities.
· Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and performance improvement
· initiatives.
· Represent Pinnacle in a positive, professional manner always.
· Work cooperatively and respectfully with all programs, peers, patients, community members, and funding sources where applicable.
· Observe and assure adherence with Transitional Living Playbook, Recovery House rules and monitor Residential Aide teammates in accordance with house rules.
· Coordinate transportation of patients to and from treatment /outpatient treatment.
· Monitor house needs and report maintenance requests per facility procedure.
· Work with the Residential Aide Manager to ensure proper storage of patient individual property, including managing patient concessions and petty cash balances as needed.
· Ensure the safety and supervision of all patients in the recovery home environment
· Manage accuracy of electronic medical record census.
· Work in conjunction with The Vice President of Recovery Housing, Facilities Team, and Executive Director to set up new recovery houses.
· Understand and be able to perform all aspects of the Residential Aide position.
· Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.
· Other duties as assigned.
