M-F 5a-1:30p and rotating Saturdays 5:30a-12:30p

As a RN, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the state seeking employment
- Comfortable working independently with the population when needed
- Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols
Responsibilities:
- Administer/dispense methadone in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
- Ensure that adequate recording of the administration/dispensing transaction has occurred.
- Ensure that the treatment plan of the physician and/or medical director is being followed.
- Assess client response to treatment and medication dosage/interactions and determine appropriateness for dosing.
- Maintains all medical records including but not limited to individual charts, daily medication charts, dosage records, progress notes, Doctor’s orders, etc., as required.
