As a Facilites Manager , you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed within the recovery houses. You will manager projects to completion in areas of carpentry, electrical, property management. You must also be willing to perform any maintenance duties in compliance with established policies and procedures of the facility, state regulations and CARF standards.
Requirements :
- High school diploma
- Valid Driver’s license
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Supervisory experience in managing maintenance of a facility
- Must be willing to travel between houses and pickup supplies as needed
