Position Summary
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented trimmers to join our post-harvest team. The ideal candidate is efficient, focused, and able to maintain a consistent pace while preserving the integrity of each flower. Trimmers will work closely with our harvest and processing leads to ensure products meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Hand-trim dried cannabis flower with precision and care
• Maintain proper moisture levels and handle product gently to preserve trichomes
• Meet daily trimming weight goals while upholding quality standards
• Accurately weigh, label, and track all trimmed product
• Assist with bucking, sorting, and packaging as needed
• Follow strict sanitation and compliance protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate clearly with team leads and stay open to feedback

Qualifications

• Previous trimming experience preferred but not required (training available)
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Must be 21 and able to pass a background check per Vermont cannabis regulations

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional weekend work during heavy harvests)
• Flexible part-time shifts available for the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits

• $17–$20/hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
