Job Summary
As a Solutions Architect, you are responsible for developing and deploying new solutions that have the highest impact to the customer and Pinnacle. The deliverable will be creating & deploying playbooks for Pinnacle's operations team to utilize. You will work with a pod to ensure the services organization is adequately equipped to implement new service offerings, lessons are learned, and strategic deliverables are effectively delivering customers value.
