Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Duration: Full Time / Direct Hire

Salary: $1000 Base/Week, $150 for initial visit, $100 for Follow up.
Locations: Lexington, KY
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing physical impairments or disabilities. The PT will work collaboratively with a healthcare team to help patients recover, manage pain, and regain functional mobility, aiming for the highest level of independence and quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Clinical experience or internship in a physical therapy setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and safety protocols.
- Kentucky License / PT Certification.
