HIRING FOR EITHER LCSW OR LMHC OR Psychologist with active Medicaid Credentialing
Location— it’s 100% Remote (Need to be Once a month to office)- Jacksonville, Florida 4401 Emerson st 32207.
Works Hours— ONLY 3-4 Hours/Week at max, total of 12-16 hours in a month max
Salary— $3.5K / Month
Responsibility— Supervise the cases progress notes, case of the patient and sign off on note, that’s it.
