Job Summary
Pinnergy is a diversified energy services company with a broad and comprehensive service offering to customers throughout Texas and Louisiana and is one of the largest independent oilfield service companies in its industry. Pinnergy has an immediate opening for a SWD Disposal Attendant in our Godley, TX location.
Responsible for the ensuring the safe operation of the SWD facility and equipment. Will check fluid levels, perform routine maintenance. cleaning out SWD strainer and filter baskets on pumps.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Perform all job duties adhering to Pinnergy’s Employee Handbook and safety policies.
- Document accurate well pressures daily: tubing, casing, and surface casing. Immediately report any abnormal pressures to immediate supervisor.
- Document accurate volumes of fluids on location daily. Immediately report any abnormal volumes to immediate supervisor.
- Document accurate volume of fluid disposed of daily or at communicated interval. Immediately report any abnormal volumes to immediate supervisor.
- Maintain and service all equipment on location including offload pumps, transfer pumps, downhole pumps, valves, and piping.
- Ensure all sites are in proper working order daily and report all issues to the supervisor.
- Promptly respond to callouts in the event a site goes down.
- Maintain good housekeeping at all site’s, ensuring site is clear of all debris and trash daily.
- Maintain all sites are free of overgrown vegetation, mowing and weed eating as necessary.
- Work the assigned schedule given by the supervisor or manager.
- Accurately and honestly record and submit timesheets, documenting reasoning for all overtime.
- Promptly report all injuries and spills to immediate supervisor
- Promptly respond to all calls and emails while on the clock or designated as on-call.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Minimum of one plus years' experience as a SWD Disposal Attendant.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Requirements
- Must live within 60 minutes of work location.
- Must always work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Must have valid Driver’s License, CDL is not required but a plus.
- Must be willing to work required 10 to 12-hour shifts.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be extremely dependable and reliable.
- Must be able to perform duties with little supervision.
- Must have excellent communication skills verbal and written.
