Merrill Administrative Assistant
This position is responsible for answering phones, taking, and tracking payments for our on-site mini-storage units, renting new units, mailing letters to renters, and mailing weekly payments to main office. This role is also responsible for assisting our salesmen with contracts as well as managing the Salesforce account. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365. We're looking for an energetic, friendly, professional. We offer a benefits package after 90 days, holiday pay and vacation time.
Office Duties include:
- Answer incoming phone calls and route messages appropriately
- Greet Walk-Ins for both Merrill Mini Storage and Pinno Buildings
- Take payments for the mini-storage units and manage new rentals and vacates
- Track payment dates, mailing past due letters, locking/unlocking units, scheduling auction legals, holding auctions for unpaid units.
- Potential additional duties as office needs arise.
- Office cleaning and trash removal.
Qualifications and Skills
- MUST HAVE previous experience with Microsoft Software and Programs (excel, word, etc.)
- Must have Great Organizational skills, must be able to work independently with great attention to details.
- Must be able to run multi-line phone and copier.
