Job Expectations:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including pasta, saute, grill, pizza, and salad
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Manage food cost and portion control
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and execution
  • Demonstrate strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
  • Lead, work and set professional example in conduct and workmanship
  • Ensure Mise En Place organization
  • Create a learning and cooperative environment of ideas
  • Display Emotional discipline to work under high-volume periods

  • Plate Presentation
  • Saute
  • Scratch Cooking
  • Sauce Making
  • Fabrication of Fish & Meats
  • Kitchen Management
  • Follow & Execute Recipes/Recipe Development
  • Coordinate/Expedite with other stations for proper timing of plates
  • Dessert Making
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organization and Cleanliness
  • Understand FIFO, Safe food handling procedures, and responsible for cleaning/maintaining your station.
