Job Expectations:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including pasta, saute, grill, pizza, and salad
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Manage food cost and portion control
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and execution
- Demonstrate strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Lead, work and set professional example in conduct and workmanship
- Ensure Mise En Place organization
- Create a learning and cooperative environment of ideas
- Display Emotional discipline to work under high-volume periods

- Coordinate/Expedite with other stations for proper timing of plates

- Understand FIFO, Safe food handling procedures, and responsible for cleaning/maintaining your station.
