DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure projects meet profitability goals and client expectations.
- Lead clients through an exceptional experience when working on projects.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet milestones and completion dates.
- Provide clear direction to team members, ensuring project targets are achieved.
- Lead project meetings with Crew Leaders to set goals and project expectations.
- Identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for project quality, schedule, and financial targets.
- Maintain, track, and report financial aspects of projects, including subcontractors, crews, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings.
- Support employees through coaching, professional development, team meetings, and Goal Setting and Review (GSR) Meetings.
- Ensure employees are communicating with clients professionally and appropriately.
- Support and maintain healthy, happy work environments and company culture.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation of work sites.
- Schedule, organize, and order materials.
- Ensure proper preparation and application of primers, paints, stains, and enamels.
- Conduct project inspections and organize sign-off of projects.
SKILLS & PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Three years managing projects (leading multiple crews simultaneously)
- General knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience with exterior and interior painting.
- Effective time and priority management
- Able to work in an office environment, both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills
- Experience with techniques and applications
COMPENSATION
- Competitive salary $50-70k
- 9 paid days off
- 5 paid sick days

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
