Responsibilities
- Operate frying equipment to prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked properly and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including frying stations and equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies needed for frying operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
- Previous pizzeria experience a plus
- Familiarity with culinary practices, including frying techniques and kitchen operations.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash register operation are beneficial.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
