Pinpoint Laser Systems has an opening for a Sales Manager with strong, hands-on, mechanical skills and a technically oriented background with proven sales growth history. We are looking for a candidate who will join and help strengthen our dynamic team environment and enjoys working with interesting customers around the globe.

We have a newly renovated facility with engineering and alignment labs, manufacturing capabilities, a machine shop, comfortable workspaces, and a pleasant break area. We foster collaboration on customer projects, product design, sales, and marketing.

The Position

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales growth and strong B2B experience with mechanical products, equipment, manufacturing systems, and custom products. They should be capable of working in a sales engineering role with customers. Experience with international clients and sales representatives, particularly in supporting overseas development, is essential. Proficiency in CRM software, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as strong online presentation skills, are highly desirable.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Minimum of 10 years, experience in a growing sales operation
  • Proven experience with B2B sales and building customer relationships
  • Proven managerial experience with sales teams and technical products.
  • Mechanical, technical, engineering experience is ideal
  • Comfortable with customers and measuring solutions
  • Ability to understand and explain engineering solutions
  • Innovative & creative participation with sales and engineering design teams

Compensation: Starts at $110,000.
