- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required .
- Valid driver’s license.
- Self-Motivated and Ambitious.
- Assist with fleet management by tracking vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption through Enterprise eFleet.
- Enter and manage expenses in Deltek-Ajera & Quickbooks.
- Record and file receipts for accounting, ensuring they are documented correctly.
- Assist with general accounting tasks such as managing invoices and financial record-keeping.
- Research and assist with cost allocation for purchased items, ensuring proper tracking and categorization.
- Review and organize internal documents to ensure they meet company standards and are properly filed.
- Coordinate meetings by scheduling, sending invites, and preparing necessary materials.
- Draft professional emails for internal and external communication.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office by assisting with routine tasks like organizing supplies and managing office storage.
- Run vehicle-related errands, including picking up mail, supplies, and documents as needed.
- Contribute to improving office processes and operational efficiency.
