Job Title :   Administrative Support Assistant

Job Type : Part-time (3-month contract)

Location : On-site, Oakland, CA

Schedule : Tuesday through Thursday, 8 hours per day (24 hours / week)

Pay : $25-$35 per hour (Hourly, Non-Exempt)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Assistant to provide critical support to our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone with prior administrative experience in an office setting who thrives in a small, collaborative environment of young professionals. The position requires on-site work three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate calendars to ensure seamless scheduling.

Handle email and communication management, maintaining a professional and timely response system.

Prepare and edit documents, including reports, correspondence, and presentations.

Organize travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations.

Create polished presentations using PowerPoint.

Provide general office support, such as maintaining supplies and organizing files.

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience in an office environment.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.

Reliable and committed to being on-site three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
