About the Role

Your Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight – Manage accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Construction Accounting – Oversee job costing, WIP reports, subcontractor payments, and liens.
- Insurance Claims – Track payments, disbursements, and regulatory compliance.
- Cash Flow & Risk – Optimize costs, monitor cash flow, and enforce financial controls.
- Compliance & Audit – Ensure GAAP, tax, and insurance compliance.
- Payroll & Benefits – Collaborate with HR on payroll, benefits, and certified reporting.
- Systems Management – Leverage Sage 300 for financial reporting and job costing.
- Strategic Growth – Provide financial insights to drive expansion.
