Senior Accountant

Pinpoint Talent has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Accountant.

As our client's Senior Accountant, you will manage financial reporting and accounting processes for a diverse portfolio of real estate properties, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and coordinating with auditors. ~ Top Requirements of the Senior Accountant ~

• 3-5 years of property accounting experience (commercial or residential)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
• Experience with auditing processes, particularly with KPMG
• Proficiency in Yardi software is highly preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred

~ What You'll Do as a Senior Accountant ~

• Oversee accounting processes for real estate properties
• Manage financial reporting for lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders
• Perform US GAAP adjustments, accruals, and handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Handle vendor management and accurate expense coding
• Prepare and review financial statements for stakeholders
• Assist in transitioning financial operations from offshore to onshore and from Excel to Yardi
