- Oversee Construction Accounting: Lead job costing, WIP reports, subcontractor payments, and liens to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Track Insurance Claims: Monitor payments, disbursements, and regulatory compliance to minimize risks.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize costs, monitor cash flow, and enforce financial controls to ensure liquidity.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain GAAP, tax, and insurance compliance to avoid penalties and reputational damage.
- Collaborate with HR: Work with HR to manage payroll, benefits, and certified reporting.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize Sage 300 for financial reporting and job costing to enhance efficiency.
