What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at Pins Mechanical Co.?
POSITION OVERVIEW :
As the General Manager, your top priority is fostering an environment where improvements to products, processes and service are welcomed / encouraged by the team. You will work closely with the AGM to set standards and expectations for the bar staff and management team to follow.
RESPONSIBILITIES : GENERAL
- Involvement, management and participation in PIns Mechanical Co. space build out and pre-launch activities.
- Establish relationships with proper vendors and distributors.
- Contribute to the achievement of margins at targeted levels.
- Facilitate Human Resources responsibilities including hiring, training, termination, reviews, scheduling, etc.
- Organize inventory procedures and ensure we are stocked appropriately with product at all times.
- Take responsibility for monitoring, reporting, and correcting all health and safety issues.
- Control profit & loss by following cash control / security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions.
- Oversee the re-creation of drinks / cocktail menus that are new, inspiring, and on brand.
- Oversee Facility Management, including game and equipment maintenance.
