Grounds Crew Maintenance

OPERATION:

PinSeekers is a hybrid golf entertainment facility offering year-round play in 56 luxury golf suites located in Tiffin, Iowa.

• Each suite will feature Toptracer technology– a sophisticated ball tracking gaming system – the same product providing animated golf ball flight on TV Tour events.
• The golfing range features 10 Smart Target greens that illuminate upon impact with different colored lights.
• The Smart Targets have distances ranging from 45 to 225 yards.

Additional activities offered at PinSeekers facilities:

• 18-hole outdoor putting course
• 6 lanes of Duckpin-Mini Bowling
• 3 multi-Sport Simulators
• All activities of the facility are lit for night play

PinSeekers will offer a full-service restaurant and bar.

• Our restaurant will offer lunch and dinner
• Brunch will be served on weekends
• Two additional bars around the facility
• Event Space

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain clean, safe, and esthetically pleasing conditions on the golf range, putting, course, and landscaping (overall presentation of the facility and property)
• Knowledgeable in turf grass, landscaping, and golf course equipment maintenance
• Keep golf range, sidewalks, and entryways clear of snow to allow year-round activity
• Maintain and repair activity areas such as mini bowling and golf simulators to ensure safety and quality performance for guests
• Maintain a positive attitude and environment that fosters a productive workplace
• Report outcomes of maintenance assignments to supervisor every shift
• Applies working knowledge of maintenance skills to keep equipment of facilities running safety and at high performance for guests
• Uses good judgement to consult with expert resources such as manufacturer representatives
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Understand and execute safety standards set forth by Management and OSHA
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Have good organizational skills
• Be a positive and production member of a team
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lb.
• Ability to stoop and bend
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• COMPENSATION

· $12-$14 per hour (BOE)
