What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVER position at PINSTACK?
Pinstack is looking for experienced servers and bartenders to take care of our guests during dinner and late-night shifts. Business has been picking up a lot around 7:00 pm and keeps going until we close (midnight Sun-Thurs, 2am Fri-Sat). We need servers that can close and have nighttime availability and have some full service-server/bar experience to quickly train and get on the floor to take care of our guests.

Primary Job Duties:
· Prepare, sell, and serve alcoholic beverages
· Prep products and restock bar per set standards
· Fill drink orders for servers as they are placed
· Assist in waiting on tables as needed and running food on occasion
· Greet each lane/table within 2 minutes of being sat in the restaurant
· Be able to learn the menu and describe menu items to guests
· Follow responsible alcohol service standards to ensure guest safety
· Upsell menu items, chef specials, and featured desserts
· Ability to use the Aloha Point of Sale System
· Interact with guests to create an engaging and entertaining experience
· Provide wait service for group and event guests per the instructions of the Group Services Manager or MOD
· Pre-bus tables and lanes and maintain cleanliness of the bar area
· Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
· Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
Physical Requirements:
· Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
· Must be able to lift 40 lbs
· Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
· Must be able to communicate with guests and accept and deliver drink orders
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Willing to obtain a valid TABC or other legal license to sell/serve alcohol per local code
· Willing to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code
· Obtain training certification per company policy
