Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely and effectively operating machinery to complete assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, trackhoes and dozers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Dig trenches, move earth, and perform grading operations as required by project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is stored properly after use.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to equipment operation and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operating heavy machinery such as loaders, backhoes, concrete mixers, and farm machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor as required by the position.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
