You’ll manage a team of designers, writers, and content strategists across our website and performance marketing teams. You’re a proven Creative Lead with a portfolio of notable projects that demonstrate a mastery of design and technology. And you care deeply about crafting every pixel and line of code along the way. But more importantly, you can be an effective manager who can understand the goals, inspire the team, and get the results. As a leader within the House of Creative team, you’ll report to our ECD to help create the best digital work in Pinterest’s history.What You’ll DoManage a multidisciplinary group of digital creatives, designers, writers, content strategists across website and performance marketing teams within Pinterest’s House of Creative in-house agency.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define goals, create strategies and deliver outstanding creative work for global audiences.Drive a strategic and conceptual approach to improve our creative output and business impact.Bring new, innovative thinking to our work.Operate as a leader within our House of Creative team, cultivating a strong team culture, and inspiring creative excellence.Manage team priorities and workstreams.Foster a collaborative, agile and innovative environment.Serve as a bridge between the creative teams and the tech building teams.Maintain and manage consistency of our brand design and brand voice across digital experiences.Create an inclusive environment where people can do their best work possible.What We’re Looking For10 years as a creative leader at a digital agency or production company.Ideally 3 years brandside creative experience working in-house for iconic, global brands.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Marketing, or equivalent experience.Strong portfolio of outstanding creative work across a variety of brands.A highly-respected creative expert with a demonstrated knowledge of visual craft, storytelling, and application of technology.A people manager with 3-5 years experience managing interactive and digital creative teams. Someone who can motivate a team, help people build their skills and experience, and can dig into the work on their own when needed.Working knowledge of all design apps from Adobe to Figma.A user-first approach to understanding how to reach audiences and users through digital experiences.A strong operational leader who can achieve strong performance from their teams.An inspiring communicator that builds trust and influences alignment of our creative vision across Product and PR.Relocation Statement : This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
