We’re looking for a Sr. Manager of Independent Agencies to help grow Pinterest’s US agency business. As the Sr. Manager for a team of individual contributors working with independent agencies, you’ll leverage your leadership skills against product and commercial expertise, engaging with agency executive s and senior stakeholders and sales leadership to drive revenue, agency integrations and the adoption of Pinterest products.

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager of Independent Agencies to help grow Pinterest’s US agency business. As the Sr. Manager for a team of individual contributors working with independent agencies, you’ll leverage your leadership skills against product and commercial expertise, engaging with agency executive s and senior stakeholders and sales leadership to drive revenue, agency integrations and the adoption of Pinterest products.
What You'll Do
- Manage a team of experienced individual contributors responsible for independent agency partnerships
- Drive incremental and new business revenue within your team’s book of business
- Build relationships at the c-level and educate independent agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partners
- Launch innovative programs and services that showcase new Pinterest ad offerings so independent agency partners can present new offerings to clients
- Conduct periodic business reviews with independent agency leadership and important constituencies
- Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of agency investment, planning, social and research
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationships
- Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform
- 15 years of digital marketing, sales and product experience in leading successful revenue driving teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing/advertising, or equivalent experience
- Being able to lead by example; experience and expertise in people management
- Demonstrative capabilities in implementing sales strategies into an independent agency team, showing a strong understanding of agency operating models and structures
- Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
- Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability
- An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues for a team

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our New York or Chicago office.
