Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Qualitative Product Researcher to conduct end-to-end research on our curation experiences (e.g., boards and saving). We're looking for an experienced researcher who can design, execute, and communicate impactful research that helps their product team make decisions and set product strategy.

What you'll do :

• Prioritize and conduct research that varies in approach, scale, scope, timeframe and methodologies across multiple work streams, making sure to work on the right project at the right time
• Conduct qualitative research that varies in approach, scale, scope, timeframe and methodologies (this could look like in-depth interviews, diary studies, focus groups, concept testing, or usability testing)
• Collaborate closely with other researchers to partner on projects and synthesize findings across studies
• Lead research projects from beginning to end (define study goals, align on research questions, construct a research plan, recruit, gather data, synthesize learnings, and socialize insights)
• Proactively communicate and share your research findings with product teams and other audiences in compelling, actionable, and engaging ways
• Inform product team strategy and roadmap; provide perspective on the problems the team can focus on solving for users
