Dishwasher/Kitchen

 Job Description

We are looking for positive and efficient team members looking to drive Pinthouse’s cleanliness and quality. We are currently hiring for 2 positions, and we would like the new team members to join both our Dishwasher and Kitchen teams. The ideal candidates would be hard-working, efficient, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

·       Complete opening and closing checklists, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks

·       Clean any and all items asked, while meeting quality and safety standards

·       Monitor dishwasher and ensure the proper temperature and cleaning materials always adhere to health cod regulations
·       Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in a variety of other kitchen equipment

·       Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and rules, policies and procedures

·       Handle, store and rotate all products properly

·       Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables, shelves, walls, oven, and refrigeration equipment 

Qualifications

·       Food Handler’s Certification

·       Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

·       Love a high-volume environment
