Are you ready to make a statewide impact? Pinwheel Healing Center, a premier provider of Mental Health and Intensive Outpatient Services, is seeking a dynamic CCSS Supervisor to oversee operations at multiple locations throughout New Mexico.

We service all of New Mexico but have offices in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Raton, Ruidoso and Taos.
Position Overview: As our CCSS Supervisor based in Albuquerque, you'll lead and coordinate CSW teams across multiple locations throughout New Mexico. This strategic leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational management to ensure excellence in service delivery throughout our network. Some travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dynamic leadership and supervision to CSW teams across New Mexico locations
- Develop and maintain consistent service standards across all sites
- Implement and oversee staff development programs and performance evaluations
- Foster collaboration between locations to share best practices
- Build and maintain strong community partnerships throughout New Mexico
- Ensure compliance and quality assurance across all locations
- Maintain a small caseload of CCSS clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in mental health settings
- Proven track record of multi-site management
- Two years of experience as a CSW
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and ability to travel between locations
