Who are we looking for?
Reporting to our Head of Product, we are looking for a technical Engineering Manager to run and scale Product Engineering, a highly-performant team of full-stack product engineers. Product Engineering is responsible for maintaining and expanding Pinwheel's core products (Deposit Switch, Earnings Stream, Taxes, & Verify) while bringing new products (Bill Navigator) to market. You'll be in the code every day, playing a critical role in designing and implementing features. You'll lead, coach, and grow the team to deliver value for our customers while keeping our systems reliable, secure, and performant.

The expected cash salary range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000 base.
