The GUEST and Experience Manager oversees front-of-house operations and staff, game attractions (e.g., bowling, axe throwing, arcade) and guest service to ensure exceptional service.
The idea candidate would have some technical skills, and good at solving problems
This role includes team leadership, contribution to revenue growth, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age.
- 3 years of experience in front-of-house or multi-area operations management (attractions, food and beverage, hospitality) preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ability to lift and safely maneuver items up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods (up to 10 hours).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as business needs require.
