Job Description

Pioneer Academics is a growing global organization that offers transformative co-curricular educational programming to students from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure academic quality management through faculty relationship management and academic oversight throughout the program's term.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including elite higher education faculty and a global student body.
  • Oversee sensitive academic situations with tact, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence.
  • Manage the logistical elements of large-scale academic projects and communicate policies and processes related to these programs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in education or a doctorate in any field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of full-time experience, with at least 2 years in higher education or high school education.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, detail orientation, and high levels of emotional intelligence.
