Pioneer Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Reception team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time position, with a 5 / 8hr schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.

Pioneer Animal Hospital is an AAHA-accredited practice located in the northwestern outskirts of Kansas City. Our seven-person team takes a personalized approach to veterinary medicine and prioritizes taking the time to get to know our clients and the Leavenworth community. Although we are not certified, we practice Fear Free patient handling, and we strongly believe in evidence-based medicine. Our team has a great dynamic full of laughter and fun, where everyone is encouraged to be their authentic self and appreciates our informal atmosphere. Our schedule is primarily comprised of appointments, and we perform surgeries two mornings each week, with most of our anesthetic procedures being dentistry.
