Direct Support Professional
Full Time and Part Time Shifts available
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available in McHenry, Johnsburg, Crystal Lake, Lake in the Hills and Woodstock
Our organization strongly believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. At the present time, we are looking for an individual to fill the role of Direct Support Professional (DSP).
The right DSP will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, housekeeping, laundry, meal prep/planning, transportation/errands, bathing/personal hygiene care, medication management and all aspects of daily living help.
Full time DSP positions come with a complete benefit package including medical insurance and paid time off.
Up to 5 days paid leave for part-time staff
Pay rates range from $17.75-$20.25 per hour. In addition, full-time staff have very competitive benefit offerings.
Now offering $1000 sign on bonus for full time (32 hours or more) 2nd shift!!!!!!!
$17.75 Day Program and Training
$18.75 after training Monday-Friday (residential group homes)
$19.75 after training overnights (residential group homes)
$20.25 after training weekends (residential group homes)
1:1 shifts pays $1 more (Day Program and residential group homes)
Requirements for the position...
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Report
- Cleared fitness to work including TB test
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Able to complete DSP training and on the job training within 90 days
