POSITION SUMMARY |
The IDD Residential Manager of Operations and Training is responsible for the training coordination and management, and day-to-day program operations (at times, hands-on), including supervision of Home Supervisors, assurance of program's compliance with applicable standards and regulations, assistance in program development and providing support to staff in carrying out program specific tasks to meet the needs of those individuals participating in the program of service. Responsible to the Home Supervisor for facilitating DSP training and billing. May include additional responsibility for physical property and equipment. The position will work with direct Supervisor, Sr Manager of IDD Residential to ensure standard, efficient and smooth operation of the Residential program. |

Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) preferred, Field of Study: Human Services (Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation or Human Development); preferred. |

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SmartCare, Paycom, QuickMar, Relias |

Certifications & |
CPR/AED Certification, Safety Care Certification, a plus |
