Pioneer College Caterers is looking for a Baker‘s Assistant at Campbellsville University.
This individual must be dependable, able to work well in a Christian environment, be self motivated, and take pride in their job.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping with preparation, baking, and setup of desserts for the day.
Able to follow menu and standard recipes to insure freshness, quality, and quantity required.
All prep needs for the next day as directed on the menu and/or by management.
Maintain highest levels of sanitation in your areas.
Cleaning the counters and equipment of your area, daily, after use, and as needed.
Other duties as assigned by the management and/or Director. These may require working beyond
normal scheduled time as necessitated by catered events.
Job Attributes:
Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs throughout the day.
Must be able to work on your feet for the entire length of the shift.
Must work well in a team setting. Takes directions well.
Flexible to work around catered events.
Must be able to work in extreme conditions of hot or cold ( coolers, freezers and
hot equipment).
Must be able to work on potentially hazardous surfaces (wet floors).
Work with and around hazardous chemicals and cleaning supplies.
Must be able to read and extend standard recipes.
