We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PM Supervisor to lead and oversee the cafe. Duties
- Training, and supervising café staff.
- Endeavouring to resolve all complaints during shift and handle any compalints should they surface.
- Supervising cash handling and transaction procedures.
- Establishing and instructing staff in cash security procedures.
- Dealing with irregular payments.
- Monitoring standards of guest facilities and services.Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, particularly in catering and banquet services.
- Proficiency in inventory control systems and food production techniques.
- Excellent interviewing skills for assessing potential candidates for engineering roles.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data related to engineering processes.
