We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support a not-for-profit organization
in managing and optimizing HR systems and processes. The analyst will work closely
with business stakeholders to enhance automation, improve efficiency, and provide
actionable workforce insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize HRIS solutions.
* Document workforce processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide
recommendations.
* Conduct audits on HR processes, including hiring, termination, and payroll.
* Provide training and technical support to workforce management teams.
* Troubleshoot technical HRIS issues and ensure smooth system operation.
* Generate reports and insights to enhance workforce performance.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills are essential.
* Proven HRIS experience with a focus on process optimization.
* Availability Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, with 3 days onsite in Des Plaines, IL.
* Ability to coordinate with key stakeholders and provide regular reporting.
