Job Summary:
We seek a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SharePoint applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and forms.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement SharePoint functionalities accordingly.
Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.
Create and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
Implement SharePoint best practices and perform regular audits to ensure system integrity and security.
Provide support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
Develop and deliver training on SharePoint usage and best practices to end-users.
Stay updated on SharePoint features and technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role with minimum 7 years.
Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint management.
Familiarity with content management systems and database management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft SharePoint certification.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
