Role: Business Analyst,
Location: Remote (He/She will be required to travel (Paid) up to 50% of the time Jacksonville, FL. First month will be a full travel, and after that will likely move to once in every 2 weeks),

Job Type: Contract,

Soft skills: Great verbal and BA skills. He/she will be front line to the program and part of the core team
Domain: P&C insurance understanding, like how the overall business flow and critical function and various owners to the functions like actuary, rating, underwriting, FNOL, claims- don t expect him to know the insights of warranty lines as such.
Skills:
Want them to have good insurance knowledge, business analysis skills.
Focus should be on clear business analysis skills within insurance, working with offshore teams (not offshore themselves).
We don't need them to have specific system knowledge, experience across the Insurance value chain would be great.
Contract lengths We want to see they're dependable, and they must have a track record of ongoing delivery with 1 year plus contract lengths- longevity.
Excellent Communication is critical. I want them to be articulate, concise.
No gaps in CVs.
Consulting experience will be ideal, but not required.
