About the Role
The Data Engineer and MDM Specialist will be responsible for overall data accuracy,
consistency, and quality across multiple systems. This position requires knowledge of
data governance, data modelling, defining and enforcing data quality standards.

Responsibilities Mandatory Requirements & Skills:
- 10 years of experience with expertise in MDM tool Semarchy including Data
- Intelligence and Data Integration modules.
- In collaboration with business stakeholders identify critical data elements and
- develop data requirements for enterprise systems.
- Identify and evaluate potential data sources.
- Should have strong SQL Skills and should have the ability to extract, transform
- and automate the data process
- Design, test, and deploy data for various reports and dashboards.
- Responsible for analyzing master data and data sources and identifying trends
- and patterns to aid data-driven decision-making.
- Will be involved in the development and maintenance of the master data
- management system (Semarchy), data modeling and data migration.
- Proficient with data warehousing concepts, tools and techniques.
- Analytical skills to define and identify data quality issues and interpret data
- patterns.
- Capital Markets Expertise:Demonstrate a deep understanding of Capital Markets,
- specifically in Private Equity.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and concepts
- Adaptable to learning new technologies and working in a challenging
- environment
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with limited direction where
- the individual actively defines process improvements, champions, and drives
- change while balancing multiple and competing priorities
- Strong communication and organization skills
