Job Summary:
Position will be responsible for providing friendly, outgoing and excellent service to all guests. Assist the Director of Marketing in hosting various marketing functions, execution of promotions, and implementation of marketing programs while promoting brand and vision.
Requirements:- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
- Applicant must possess excellent customer relations, communication skills and a “can-do” attitude.
- Experience utilizing the digital world, internet, and social networks to grow brand recognition and brand loyalty.
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required). Microsoft Office Programs: 1 year (Required).
- Casino experience is preferred but not required.
- High School or equivalent required.
- Gaming Registration, Food Handler Card & Alcohol Awareness Card (or ability to obtain these training requirements) necessary.
