Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs.

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Salary info:

$22 - $32 / hr
