Job Summary Pioneer Foot Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations in our Podiatry practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a strong ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Providing coverage for Front Desk position in our North Hills offices (Gibsonia, Wexford, Mars) as needed.
- Front desk coverage responsibilities include: answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting copayments, attending to faxes.
- Assist with surgery scheduling.
- Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
- Perform general office management tasks to ensure a smooth workflow within the organization.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or other medical office position.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in utilizing an electronic medical record.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer support or front desk operations is a plus.

*This position will begin as a part time position averaging 24-32 hours per week and will become a full time position as early as May 2025 as our practice continues to grow.
