BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare foods needed for breakfast and lunch in accordance with established procedures and sanitary regulations.
- Follow spread sheets and standardized menus.
- Record all meal temperatures and equipment temperatures.
- Maintain a neat, clean work environment.
- Complete production as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as assigned.
- Timely meal services.
- Supervise dietary staff in supervisor’s absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Shifts: Days and Evening
Hours: Varies with shift

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- High school graduate or GED
- Knowledge of safe equipment use.
- Ability to work in extreme kitchen heat.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to reach and bend.
- Ability to calculate weights and measures.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to do basic math calculations.
