Responsibilities
- Developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Planning and implementing tailored instructional strategies
- Providing direct instruction in both inclusive and specialized settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student inclusion, assess student progress, offer behavioral support, and coordinate resources
- Engage in professional development, ensure legal compliance, and advocate for the rights and inclusion of students with disabilities
