What you will Do:
- You will work closely with the service/install department to provide timely and accurate service by following company standards and procedures.
- You will travel to customers’ homes to diagnose & troubleshoot plumbing systems
- Identify & communicate plumbing issue(s) with customers
- Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job.
- Document work performed by following company procedure.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
What you Need:
- At least 1 years of experience in residential plumbing service maintenance & installations
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
- Physical dexterity.
