Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage in inside sales activities, including presenting products and services to potential customers.
  • Utilize technical knowledge of our software solutions to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong skills in negotiating and closing deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with outbound calling and inside sales techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with software products and technical sales concepts is a plus.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on achieving results and exceeding customer expectations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
