Warehouse Associate/Driver

Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused Driver / Warehouse Associate who is eager to contribute to multiple aspects of our operations. This role combines driving and delivering orders with warehouse responsibilities, making it essential for candidates to excel in both areas and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving and Deliveries:

• Safely transport products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Exhibit professional and friendly customer service during all deliveries.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as an extension of our sales and service team.
• Assist customers with product unloading and provide basic information about deliveries, if needed.
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary.

Warehouse Operations:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and assist with stock management.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with light assembly, labeling, or repackaging tasks as required.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues related to inventory or deliveries.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in a delivery, warehouse, or relevant position.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks involving bending, lifting, and carrying.
• Familiarity with delivery vehicles such as vans, box trucks, or similar.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using navigation systems to plan efficient delivery routes.
• Able to use cell phone for business purposes including adding apps to document deliveries.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
