What You’ll Do
As our Director of Finance, you will lead our finance function with a strong focus on project-based financial management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and overseeing precise project budgets.
*Managing job costing, Work in Process (WIP), and accrual accounting.
* Mentoring an aspiring Controller and managing a junior FP&A Analyst to foster a high-performing finance team.
* Driving the month-end close process for accurate and timely reporting.
* Delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred).
* 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing project-based accounting and FP&A.
-*Deep expertise in WIP, accrual accounting, job costing, and managing project budgets in a dynamic environment.
*Proven track record of leading financial teams and mentoring emerging talent.
* Advanced proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
* Exceptional analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on data integrity.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience influencing C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
